Head of School Search

Welcome, and thank you for joining us as we embark on our search for Oldfields' new Head of School. The process has begun with the formation of a Search Committee chaired by Lulu Laubenstein Good '72, Trustee. The Search Committee includes alumnae, parents, alumnae parents, current and past trustees, faculty, and staff. We all share a love for Oldfields, and our goal is to find the next leader who will keep our School focused on "each girl’s success" and the culture of kindness for which Oldfields is known. The School has also engaged the services of Jerry Larson, Ed.D. and John Watson, Ed.D. of Educational Directions, Inc., a nationally-recognized search firm, to guide recruiting efforts. Information about the search for a new Head of School will be posted to this page as it becomes available. The entire Oldfields family is an important part of this process, so please check back periodically for updates.
